Dr. ZP Ndaba, a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) graduate, is a lecturer at TUT, South Africa. She has extensive lecturing experience, served as a subject head, supervised Master’s students, contributed to the curriculum development and community engagement initiatives. Her research focuses on administrative management, service quality, client engagement, etc. She was honoured with the Departmental Lecturer of the Year Award.
